Risks of Chemical Peels:

The biggest risks associated with a chemical peel have to do with the skins natural pigmentation. Persons who undergo a chemical peel procedure are in fact removing the outermost layers of skin which have already been exposed to the UV rays and have taken on their own natural pigmentation color. After undergoing a chemical peel, these outer layers are then removed which exposes the under layers which are younger and in most cases have no real pigmentation yet.

In persons who have a darker skin pigmentation, this can lead to discolorations between the treated and non-treated regions with regards to the chemical peel. While I some cases it only takes time for the skin to self-level the pigmentation between the treated and non-treated regions, other cases result in the colors never being the same and a very noticeable differentiation between the treated and non-treated regions involved in the chemical peel process.

Benefits of Chemical Peels:

In general, you will most likely be going in for an AHA chemical peel which means that the amount of pain will be minimized which in turn means that there will most likely be no anesthetic used during the procedure.

When the procedure starts, your face will be cleaned completely and the chemicals will be applied to the region where they will be allowed to penetrate into the skin and dissolve the layers. The technician will then remove the chemicals which take the old dead skin that has been dissolved with it.

The results are that the younger and smoother underlying skin which has not had a chance to mirror the outer layers scars is exposed. This means that most types of superficial scarring goes away with the outer layers as in most cases things like acne scarring are mirrored, or cast on to the underlying skin as it grows. By removing the damaged and scarred outer layers the casting never happens leaving you with a younger and smoother looking skin.
If you want to dress up like a real Ninja, you will need to search for authentic Ninja outfits. You can find them on the Internet, but you should be careful to get the best quality. There are several things to look for when buying Ninja costumes online.
1. Color. The Ninja costumes should come in three basic colors. These three are: the black to be used in the dead of night, the white to be used in snowy regions, and the camouflage for use in forest areas. Make sure the Ninja costumes company has the colors you want.
2. Material. The Shinobi Shozoku, as the Ninja costumes are called, should be made of a breathable fabric, such as 100% cotton. If you find an outfit made of a manmade fiber, it will probably be stifling to wear.
3. Ties. The traditional Ninja costumes should have several ties on them. There should be double waist ties to keep the trousers in place. Ties at the knees and ankles will keep the Ninja costumes from flapping. The hood and the mask should also have ties.
4. Jacket sleeves. Since the Ninja costumes of old only exposed the eyes and hands, it is important that the forearms are covered. Get the kind of Ninja costumes that have gauntlets on the sleeves to hide most of the hands and all of the forearms.
5. Pockets. The real Ninjas wore Ninja costumes with plenty of pockets. They had a particular need to carry many items, such as poisons, medicines, and weapons in their Shinobi Shozoku uniforms. If you want your Ninja costumes to be just like the old ones, they need hiding places for your necessities.
6. Splits. You will have the makings of real Ninja costumes if they include tabi boots and socks. What makes these items so special is that they have a split between the big toe and the second toe. This was important in Ninja costumes so that Ninjas could grip with their toes.
7. Rubber soled boots. The Ninja costumes' tabi boots were noiseless on the ground. Ninjas could also feel stable on their feet. To achieve this same level of performance from your tabi boots, they need to have rubber soles with non-slip ridges.
8. Price. The original Ninjas did not worry about the price of their Ninja costumes. They fashioned them from the materials at hand. You will have to pay a price, but if you shop wisely, you can get them for a very reasonable cost.
Buy only the best Ninja clothing and ninja t-shirts you will feel like the real deal. Make sure the company you buy your outfit from covers all the bases. Your Ninja costumes should be authentic and practical.

Dog Aggression ? What is Territorial Aggression & Why Does It Make A Dog So Angry?

Aggressive dog behavior. All dogs have one form of aggression or another and to some degree, it is perfectly natural. (...)

Aggressive dog behavior. All dogs have one form of aggression or another and to some degree, it is perfectly natural. However, since our pets are domesticated then there is a certain level of calmness that we should expect from them. The most common aggression behavioral problem that dogs display is called "territorial aggression". To sum up the definition of territorial aggression, it simply describes a dog that goes absolutely crazy whenever a stranger approaches their home.

What encourages a dog to display such aggressiveness?

As we stated earlier, it is natural for your dog to want to defend his home and make it known that the area is his territory. However, the following scenarios may cause your dog's aggression over his territory to escalate:

1. Aggression is reinforced in a dog whenever, for example, a delivery person approaches the house and then after dropping off a package he leaves the territory. Your dog actually thinks that he drove the stranger away and this in itself creates more aggression.

2. When riding in a car, a dog with extreme territorial aggression tends to bark incessantly at every person he sees and every moving thing outside the window. He is saying to them "stay away, this is my territory!" And of course nobody is going to approach the car so your dog actually thinks he is "winning". Therefore, the dog will bark even lower to celebrate his victory.

3. Another very common reason why a dog may increase his levels of barking and aggression is whenever he is acting up and barking at the door (for whatever reason) and the owner starts to yell at him in order to shut him up. Most dog owners do not realize that yelling at their dog is doing nothing but creating more aggression. A dog will think that you are "supporting" his aggression towards the approaching stranger or delivery person.

4. A fourth reason why a dog may have heightened levels of territorial aggression is whenever he is isolated or locked up when there are guests and strangers inside the house. When you first think about it, it seems very reasonable to take your barking dog and lock him up in a room or crate whenever you have guests. However, during this time, your dog can smell the "intruders" and since he can do nothing about it, is aggression levels can rise dramatically, causing stress and anxiety, which of course leads to more dog behavior problems.
